Real Maryland Businesses. Real Numbers.
Three Maryland service businesses, the challenge each brought us, what we did and what it produced over a stated period. None of them is a law firm; they’re here because the approach is the same one we build around legal practices, within the rules that govern attorney advertising.
Precision Mental Health
Mental Health Practice · Maryland
572%increase in online inquiries during their first three months with us, compared with the three months before we started.
The challenge
Be visible when people across Maryland were actively searching for mental health care, without anyone in-house owning the marketing.
What we did
Nobody in the practice owned marketing, and spending was scattered across efforts nobody was measuring. We built the strategy around meeting prospective clients at the moment they started searching for care: a rebuilt website, search visibility across their service areas, content on the conditions and questions people search for, and paid search where organic results couldn’t respond quickly enough. Performance was judged on inquiries, not traffic.

Tim Kyle Company
HVAC & Electrical · Maryland & Pennsylvania
251%increase in online leads during their first three months with us, compared with the three months before we started.
The challenge
Grow HVAC and electrical revenue across multiple markets, with clear visibility into which markets and services were producing the work.
What we did
The owner was making the marketing decisions between service calls, with spend split across channels and no way to tell which markets or services it was producing work in. We started from the business goals rather than the channel list: which markets were worth growing, which services were worth more. From there: a website built around those services and markets, search and local visibility for each area they serve, paid search on the work they wanted more of, content on the services and questions customers were actually searching, and reporting that judged every market and service line on its own. Budget moves toward what pays.

Ryan Electric
Residential Electrician · Frederick, Maryland
579%increase in online leads during their first three months with us, compared with the three months before we started.
The challenge
Win more residential electrical work in one competitive local market, without waiting months for organic visibility to build.
What we did
The owner was running marketing alongside the business and needed work sooner than organic search could realistically deliver it. We built the plan around that constraint: branding and the website first, paid search to pursue near-term inquiries, search and local visibility building underneath it, and content on the residential work they wanted more of. Tracking and agreed inquiry definitions let us assess campaign performance, and KPIs were agreed up front so budget could move as the picture changed.

How these were measured
- Each figure compares a client’s first three months with us to the three months immediately before.
- Leads means lead form submissions and phone calls, with spam excluded. The same tracking was in place across both periods.
- For Precision Mental Health, inquiries means form submissions and phone calls, with spam excluded.
A before-and-after comparison documents a change over that period, but it doesn’t isolate the contribution of any single activity. Performance varies by market, competition, budget and strategy.
